Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs - Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly - Fabricate parts and equipment as needed - Weld and perform other metalwork tasks - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities - Supervise contractors and vendors as necessary - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Experience: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge - Proficiency in fabricating parts and equipment - Experience with welding techniques - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Ability to troubleshoot and repair logic controllers - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Benefits: We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
