Position Responsibilities

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with compression in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is required.
• Two years of experience in a leadership position supervising employees is required.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
• Proficiency in GMP and regulatory requirements.

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of compression operators and technicians.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of compression activities to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization.

Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:

• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of compression equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
• Prepare reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
