Responsibilities
- Show up on time with a positive, energetic attitude
- Process/package delivery orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Manage and be accountable for Cash & Inventory
- Communicate with dispatch clearly, concisely and often regarding deliveries / delivery routes
- Communicate with and provide exceptional, friendly customer service with a smile to our valued customers
- Familiarize yourself with cannabis products in our inventory
- Utilize mobile device to process POS transactions, navigation and communication apps
- Strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) and Operators Only / Cookies delivery/employee protocols & procedures
- Drive safely and obey all traffic laws
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and long-time Cookies customers
Requirements
- Ability to drive company vehicle for long periods of time
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Honest, Reliable, Punctual, Hard-working, Detail-oriented, Organized
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Clean Driving Record - No DUI’s / Accidents / Excessive Tickets
- Ability to pass background checks
- Have a valid California State Drivers License
