JAX is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Menomonee Falls, WI
Financial Analyst
JAX INC is a manufacturer and global supplier of the highest quality industrial, synthetic, and food-grade lubricants for machinery and processes. Our expanding business is seeking a Financial Analyst to support JAX by partnering with other functional areas, handling day-to-day financial/accounting responsibilities, and adding value through continuous improvement in systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. This full-time role requires on-site presence at our Menomonee Falls, WI headquarters building.
Responsibilities
· Analyze and communicate financial information
· Partner with other functional areas to develop budge and forecasted financial information
· Assist in resolving vendor/customer issues and provide backup to A/P & A/R
· Help compile and distribute monthly financial statements including the consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business accounting or finance
· 0-2 years’ of accounting experience
· Ability to prioritize, and organize efficiently
· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
