Are you ready to take the lead in creating positive, fun, and engaging experiences for our customers? As a Shift Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our store operations, particularly during parties and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

- Manage party reservations with efficiency and clear communication to provide unforgettable experiences for our customers.

- Assist with cashiering and POS systems to ensure smooth transactions and a seamless checkout experience.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, merchandise, and operations to confidently assist customers and support your team.

- Create memorable experiences by facilitating successful birthday parties and community events, from preparation to celebration.

- Perform opening and closing duties, following established procedures to ensure the security of the store.

- Support floor management and handle customer interactions in the absence of the floor manager.

- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all.

- Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

- Lead by example, upholding company policies and guidelines in all interactions with customers and employees.

- Be prepared to act as a point of contact in emergencies and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.

Qualifications:

- A deep knowledge and passion for Lego sets, past, and present.

- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to connect with people of all ages and abilities.

- Previous retail experience is a plus.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.

- Comfortable lifting and carrying moderate weight (think Lego sets!).

- Valid driver's license preferred.
