As a DSP, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist day habilitation attendees with life plans and help them achieve their goals
• Coordinate, plan and implement programs
• Provide support, instruction, and written plans

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: Starting rate of $16.10 - $16.70 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to $18.10 - $18.70 per hour within one year, based upon completing required Growth Ladder training

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License Required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
