Job Details
Job Description:
Create and maintain a complete technical documentation library that will serve as reference for the team but will also be used in the future as our team's official training program for new Engineers.
Configure and install software, servers, routers, Firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and on prem infrastructure.
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
Maintain and support our Network infrastructure (AWS/Azure, VPNs, security groups, Palo Alto FWs, F5 ASM, Aruba wireless.)
Automation Terraform and/or Ansible experience is desirable.
Solarwinds monitoring and other features such as NCM and SNOW integrations
Support other teams and IT areas at the bank with their initiatives and projects.
Excellent communication skills
