As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will maintain the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision to create a safe, organized, and productive work environment. You will oversee all day-to-day operations of the distribution center including budgets, inventory, logistics, storage, shipping, and receiving.Warehouse Supervisor ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long term performance goalsManage the receipt, storage, and distribution of productResponsible for execution and implementation of all procedures regarding picking, packing, shipping, and receivingManage inventory product and loss control including periodic inventory countsEstablish continuous improvement practices to ensure that inventory levels are accurately reported and reconciled to shelved productMonitor physical inventory variances and limit internal adjustments for lost and found parts.
