    Summary

    The Functional WMS Implementation / Business Solution Analyst is responsible for providing deep functional expertise and guidance implementing business enabling solutions and/or transforming to WMS Warehouse Management System. The position requires process knowledge/experience in WMS, ERP, CRM and reporting solutions. In addition, the position will be responsible for data management and ad-hoc requests.

    Primary Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide experience-based advice and counsel on solutions to enable business process.
    • Develops project scope/definition and business case in partnership with sponsor
    • Designs enhancements, assess business processes, and re-engineer in partnership with stakeholders to improve efficiency, and perform many of the functional tasks required for a successful WMS implementation for our distribution centers.
    • Creates detailed implementation documents that include system setup, data conversions, training, task lists, user responsibility roles, timelines and go-live check lists.
    • Responsibility for solution including clear visibility of transition from as-is solution landscape to to-be solution landscape through delivery and ownership of solution overview diagrams
    • Manages projects related to business strategy and transformation
    • Perform integration and unit testing, coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Supports "Post" go-live/hypercare following implementation
    • Documents knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
    • Maintains, supports and trains on all software applications (not just D365), including in-house software development
    • Prepares accurate and timely reports
    • Provides application support via phone, teams, email, chat and other company support channels as required
    • Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Ensures proper recording and closure of all issues
    • Supports other IT colleagues
    • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
    • IT Management and/or consulting experience with broad knowledge of IT service and project management
    • Experience in WMS / ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
    • Minimum 5-years experience with at least two full life-cycle implementation of a WMS, preferably in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
    • Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders
    • Participation in FIT/GAP process and complete functional/technical design specifications
    • Must be able to work in the US
