Responsibilities:- Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions
- Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
- Mentor and advise agents on best practices to grow their career
- Encourage others
- Close your own transactions
- Call provided leads
- Promote the team at all times, through your sphere and events
- Must have a managing broker’s license
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
- At least 3 years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company
- Superb customer service and communication skills
