Jarrett Ford Automotive Group (Winter Haven) is Hiring a F&I Manager Near Avon, FL
Job Description
The F&I Manager is responsible to offer financial service product options to customers in a no-pressure manner, negotiate finance and lease arrangements with lenders, and complete required documents for the transaction. Reviews all documents for accuracy and completion to ensure prompt payment of finance contracts and registration of sales. Takes a leadership role in executing all aspects of the delivery of vehicles to the customer, including the final distribution of documents to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Must have reports to support productivity and product sales
- Finance and Insurance experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms)
- Negotiation expertise
- Demonstrated ability to close sales
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Impressive work ethic and appearance
