We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of our jewelry
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including display cases and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Skills:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a similar retail sales role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to each customer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of technical aspects of jewelry sales, such as gemstone characteristics, metal types, etc., is advantageous
