Your opportunity

Produce materials provided to Boards of Trustees of the Janus Henderson mutual funds and ETFs
Review and analyze information provided by Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and other Janus Henderson departments for accuracy and completeness to be included in the reports
Prepare customized reports for Janus Henderson management and committees
Prepare ad hoc reports for the Boards of Trustees of the Janus Henderson mutual funds and ETFs, senior Janus Henderson management, and consultants
Analyze new report requests and proposed changes based on feedback from clients
Maintain, update, and improve report templates
Develop policies and procedures for work performed

Find opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

General understanding of mutual fund and ETF concepts and measures
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external constituents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a time sensitive environment.
Ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information to analyze and identify key points while meeting strict deadlines
Ability to proof and edit work
Ability to work independently and identify and raise issues
Intermediate computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Reader

Nice to have skills

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is preferred

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through March 22, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
