Front Desk Receptionist needed for Afternoon shift

MUST COMPLETE SKILLS TESTS FOR CONSIDERATION

Janis Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for an additional outgoing, personable, and motivated individual to join our Wellness team year round.

Job Duties Include, but not limited to:

Answering phones and checking messages

Scheduling Patient Appointments

Pulling Charts for Appointments

Filing

Math Skills/ Handling money-Collecting Deductibles, Copays and Coinsurance. Keeping track of patient balances and being able to correctly calculate a total.

Keeping track of office flow and where patients are in the office

Being familiar with Insurance that we accept and being able to understand the ones we are In-Network and Out of Network with

HIPAA Compliant

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Computer, Technology and Internet Skills

Solid communication skills both written and verbal

Closing Office

We train On-Site, but some background knowledge or desk experience is preferred.

Hours/Days Needed: - 3 afternoon/evenings a week from 1:30pm to 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday , with the possibility of more hours once trained if available or interested.
