Inside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and expand the market
- Identify potential customers and reach out to them through various channels (phone, email, social media)
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
