Overview:
We are currently seeking an Accounting/Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative and remain productive. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare customer contracts and proposals
- Notarize documents
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
- Ten-key by touch
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Active notary public Hawaii license or willing to obtain license
