Janesville Family Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Front Office - 88547 Near Janesville, WI

Janesville Family Dental Care is seeking an Experienced Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our patient-focused team and provide top-notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular “first impression” of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start

Monday - Friday hours with no weekends!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records.
  • Communication with insurance companies
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Dental Front Office Experience Preferred
  • Dentrix Experience Preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and team members

Location: 2201 Humes Road, Janesville, Wisconsin 53545

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
