We are looking to speak with securities capital markets associate attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Washington, D.C. office.

You will have represented issuers and underwriters in a broad range of registered and unregistered capital markets and other financing transactions, including securitization and structured finance transactions, initial public offerings, high yield bond offerings, convertible notes offerings, term loan and revolving credit agreements (cash flow and ABL) and early round financings for emerging and start-up companies.
