Client Service Specialist
This is not a typical help desk position. The environment is outstanding, the tasks are challenging and the interactions with our clients are rewarding.
Schenectady-based software consulting firm, James McGuinness & Associates, is seeking a full-time Client Service Specialist. Successful candidates must:
· Be organized.
· Possess excellent communication skills.
· Be comfortable working in a team environment.
· Be able to gather and analyze data related to customer issues.
· Be able to create and present information in live training sessions.
· Be available to travel occasionally.
· Be able to write documentation for software products.
· Work with personal computers.
· Be able to test software to ensure user requirements are satisfied.
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced, growth-based environment.
· Ability to embrace and adapt well to change.
· Think creatively and offer ideas to help enhance the client experience
