We are currently searching for a PART TIME Excel Savvy Administrative Assistant to work onsite at our Viva Distribution Warehouse. This position will be an integral part of the success of the sales team by providing various administrative support functions as required by the team. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Viva Distributing, LLC, began operations in March 2001 in El Paso, TX. Their warehouse locations include Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, and El Paso. Viva operates 39 routes that service over 2,300 customers throughout West Texas with a team of 50 dedicated employees.

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good mathematical skills and computer skills
• Knowledge of beverage market preferred
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent multitasking, organization and project management skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Team player with ability to work well with diverse personalities
• Quick learner that grasps concepts and processes easily, and understands how they affect each other
• Detail oriented -- accurately checks processes and tasks, discovers, and corrects errors.
• Must be able to always maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
