Jamaica Bearings Company is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our Aerospace Division! As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with existing and potential customers, tracking new markets, and emerging trends, and recommending new products and services.

• This position is remote on the West Coast. Up to 50% travel will be required

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing the promotion and direction of the sales and value add service activities among customers or prospects within the assigned geographical region in support of company goals
• Initiating actions and decisions necessary to attain all established department sales objectives
• Assuring that personnel are kept current on all changes in the geographic region that might affect sales
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the geographic region
• Developing specific plans to ensure long- and short-term growth for the region
• Maintaining contact with key customers in the geographic region
• Responsible for new business development through existing accounts and new accounts
• Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Tracking of all long-term contracts within the region

You are someone who has:

• Associate degree, technical school degree, or a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service
• 3 years’ experience in the Bearing industry
• 4 years’ experience as an Outside Salesperson
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software

Compensation:Compensation range is $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
