responsibilities: - Answering all incoming phone calls into the dealership and accessessing customers needs and directing those phone calls to the proper dealer personnel or department. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text and email. Scheduling service appointments and providing progress reports to customer regarding the servicing of their vehicle - Performing follow up with new sales and service customers inquiring about their recent visits and reporting any issues to department managers. Contacting customers that have just recently purchased a new vehicle and coordinating with the sales and service departments in order to set the 1st complementary service visit. Maintain a thorough understanding of our sales, service and parts policies and procedures. Collaborate with the sales, service and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills: - Automotive sales or service experience is preferred, but not required - Strong customer service skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the dealership and the customer - Excellent speaking skills to confidently present information about our vehicles and services - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues - Phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
