Client Consultation : Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Inbound Sales : Handle incoming inquiries and effectively communicate product options. Policy Sales : Recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Sales Goals : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the agency's success. Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Requirement
Licensing : Must be able to obtain an insurance license or have one prior to starting.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, but not necessary as we will train.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
Detail-Oriented : Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in policy documentation and client interactions.
