Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling to develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results
Maintain and troubleshoot draft lines
Develop menus to enhance guest experience
Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance
Product knowledge and rollout
Handle guest reservations and correspondence including private events
Ensure accurate daily cash handling
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Lead the taproom to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand above the competition within the industry
Implement and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance production workflows and minimize waste
Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience through exceptional service, product quality, and innovation
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to brewery operations
Qualifications:
Availability to work Tuesday-Sunday shifts, nights, and weekends
Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
At least 3 years of restaurant/bar management experience (beer industry experience is a plus!)
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
