Responsibilities include:

• Manage other team members
• Develop and execute plans to meet sales goals set by management team
• Develop and work on optimizing work schedules
• Work closely with vendors and manage inventories
• Help to create meaningful and memorable relationships between coworkers, customers, and vendors
• Guide and train new hires, and help to maintain a postiive team environment
