We need to hire an experienced Parts Counter Person (with Reynolds & Reynolds experience) to help retail customers purchase automotive parts and accessories, obtain parts for repair technicians, price, order and stock parts into inventory, and more. Daily Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• We are growing and looking for an exceptional person who is detailed and wants to grow with the company.
• Assist retail customers purchase parts and accessories in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accurately look up parts for technicians in a timely manner.
• Write purchase orders for parts
• Maintain the special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
• Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
• Accurately price parts and accessories
• Stock parts in proper location
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Qualifications - Parts Counter Person:

• Reynolds & Reynolds Experience is Required
• Jaguar & Land Rover parts experience is preferred
• 2 years automotive parts retail sales experience
• Knowledge of electronic parts catalogs
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift training is a plus
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• One year of sales experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and computer literate
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive HAZMAT certification preferred
• Must pass drug screen and background check
