Job Description:

• Will partner with Sales & CS Systems to deliver a Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Service Cloud implementation.
• Will partner with our internal Sales & Customer Success teams, providing innovative, scalable, secure, and resilient technology based on Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Requires platform expertise and will require partnership with really’s Sales and Client Success teams.
• This partnership will hyper-focus on the overarching mission of delivering best-in-class systems.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing and interviewing key participants.
• Analyze, draft, validate and finalize business and technical requirements.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes post-implementation.
• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst (or adjacent role)
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience working in Salesforce implementations, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certification is required.
• Core competencies in the creation of Use Cases, User Stories, and Dataflow/Workflow Diagrams.
• Additional competencies in the creation of Functional Requirements, data mapping, data modeling, and systems migrations are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
