Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- 5 years' experience working with AWS at least.
- Seasoned back-end Java Developer (12-15 years' experience)
- Background in Payment Gateway integration and secure payment processing with Credit card / Paypal, Secure network standards & compliance, E-commerce, highly scalable, highly available and high throughput and systems / applications.
- Experienced with using RESTful APIs, microservices architecture patterns, building APIs, Spring Boot, hibernate (or other ORM), messaging, streaming and Testing Frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills is an absolute must.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to debug and functionally understand legacy code and propose implementation with newer technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and newer CICD / DevOps / containerizations tools such as Docker,Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle / SQL Server
