Work Environment:
Lab/industrial environment. Clean room/chamber environment. Office environment. Work may be performed at low and/or high elevations, work performed in confined areas.Exposure to various noise levels caused by power tools, machinery, equipment, etc. Other JSC test facility.
Equipment and Machines:
Operate push carts for transporting hardware.Use hand/power tools and test instruments for troubleshooting electrical systems and performing repairs.Operate computer workstations and peripheral equipment in support of administrative requirements.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical.Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
Other Essential Functions:
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.Must be able to effectively interface with facility test team members.
