Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Guest Services/Cage Supervisor—Graveyard Shift”for Gold Dust West Elko. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Works as back up Cage/Club
• Maintain and track variances
• Check cashing overrides
• Participate in, coach & counsel Cage/Club Cashiers
• Participate in employee reviews
• Give pre-shift meetings and other meetings as needed to keep employees aware of new procedures and promotions
• Assist cashiers as needed.

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to read
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to use 10-key
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
• Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
