Job DescriptionEngagea Comm is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various platforms, and the ability to create compelling content.
Job : Full time Pay Range: $25.50 - $30.00 hourly Location : Jacksonville, FL Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms Track and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms Coordinate social media campaigns to support marketing and promotional initiatives Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly organized with excellent time management skills Benefits Competitive salary.
