Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through various online platforms.

Reports to:

Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
  • Maintain a content calendar for all social media channels
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Manage and optimize online location listings, including updating business information, responding to reviews, and leveraging features to enhance visibility
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with company objectives and promotions
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to enhance performance and reach
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and customer service, to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company, preferably in the real estate or homebuilding industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual content
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
