Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing soccer skills in players of all ages. If you have a love for the game and enjoy working with children and adults alike, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels
- Stay aligned with club framework to develop players technically, tactically, physically and psychosocially.
- Provide informal and formal feedback (evaluations) and guidance to help players improve
- Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters teamwork and sportsmanship
- Coordinate and participate in friendly matches, tournaments, and other soccer events
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Previous experience coaching soccer at various age levels
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit individual player needs
- Ability to demonstrate technique is a plus
