What will I do as a Food Service Assistant Manager? Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back. Complete all food ordering for the store. Maintain appropriate levels of prep items and food, checking/adjusting daily. Teach and train Fast Food Team Members in all food service, deli, and beverage promotions and programs and manage training for all fast-food employees. Actively sample fast food, deli, and beverage products to drive sales and offer bounce back coupons when needed. Ensure Fast Food equipment is clean and in proper working condition and report any maintenance or issues to the store manager. Review KPI Dashboard on a weekly basis and communicate success and opportunities with team. Complete waste sheets and temperature log daily and ensure all food hold times are upheld. Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed. Participate in store meetings and present food related material as required.Additional duties as assigned.
