    Audit associates work within the Firm's expansive audit and accounting line of business. Associates provide support for supervisors and managers completing financial statement audits and various assurance services. This position offers annual opportunity for advancement. A successful associate achieves the following:

    • Provides timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client
      expectations.
    • Acts with respect and integrity in interactions inside and outside the Firm.
    • Represents the Firm professionally and is conscientious regarding productivity
      and business development opportunities.
    • Supports Firm decisions; demonstrates an understanding of the link between own
      responsibilities and the Firm’s goals and objectives.
    • Applies and improves knowledge in order to achieve excellent results for the client and to achieve individual goals that support personal development.
  • Requirements

    Applicants for this position should hold a bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited university. A masters degree and/or CPA certificate is not required, but preferred. This is an entry-level position, no previous public accounting experience is needed.

    GPA is important but we consider other important attributes such as communication skills, extracurricular activities, work ethic, and leadership roles.
