Network Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or associate’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Work experience with end-user support, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in providing technical support to end-users in a business or education environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and network troubleshooting.
- CompTIA A certification or CompTIA Network certification is a plus.
- Experience working with and managing Google Chromebooks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Help Desk Administrator
JOB GOAL
Supports the district by installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting end user devices and applications including network peripherals and print devices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote support tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including VoIP phones, network printers, and copiers.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting WiFi connections and basic VLAN port issues on switches.
- Set up and configure user accounts and software applications.
- Collaborate with the network team to address network-related concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Train end-users on the proper use of hardware, software, and network resources.
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
