Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Paralegal to join our Evansville, Indiana office. Job responsibilities include a range of duties to support our busy corporate and business practice, including complex commercial transactions, trust, probate and estate planning and administration, corporate maintenance, real estate transactions, document drafting and preparation, and related support activities. The ideal candidate should have well-developed communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, redlining documents), and a positive attitude. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and of corporate or estate planning and administration paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
