Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with company designers to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Assist with conducting sales presentations and negotiations to close deals w/ lead designer/furniture sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or technical sales
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
