Overview:
Other Key responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment
- Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork
- Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and team members.
- Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
Background:
- Previous experience cleaning high volume restaurants and equipment a plus
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Must be able to create a warm and welcoming guest experience for our guests
- Must be at least 18 years’ old
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. via food or beverage trays or required equipment needed to perform specific job duties and continuously bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, and wipe.
- Safely transport items to and from kitchen on a slick uneven surface.
- Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant.
