Responsibilities :

• Performcleaning duties efficiently and effectively ensuring high standardsof cleanliness are consistentlymet
• Train new cleaning staff oncompany policies procedures and bestpractices
• Maintain accurate recordsof inventories and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels at alltimes
• Communicate regularly withoperations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules andaddress any issues orconcerns
• Implement and adhere tosafety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workingenvironment
• Assist with specialcleaning projects and other tasks asneeded

Requirements :

• Provenexperience in the cleaning industry with a focus on commercial orindustrial cleaning preferred
• Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability toprioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitieseffectively
• Excellent communicationskills both verbal and written with the ability to interactprofessionally with clients and teammembers
• Detailoriented and thoroughapproach to cleaning tasks with a commitment to deliveringexceptional results
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team with a positive attitude andwillingness to takeinitiative
• Flexibility to workoncall hours including evenings and weekends asrequired
