  Responsibilities

• Apply a management style that instructs energy and entrepreneurship within your team, which reflects the values and HR policies of Jacadi.
• Increase your store’s profitability through a goal-oriented and high-spirited environment each business day.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enhance and expand the brand’s image through merchandising and storefront displays that follow the recommendations and reflects our values (elegance, accessibility, sharing, and respect) on a daily basis.
• Optimize the store’s day-to-day management by – controlling the costs of the store, and ensuring social obligations, legal requirements, and internal procedures are being compliant.
• Ensure proper procedures of the store’s physical and digital flows of goods are in accordance with our defined procedures in order to streamline operations, secure store’s assets, and guarantee performance.

  Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• The Store Manager must be dependable, disciplined, self-driven, enterprising, and efficient. He/she should also possess excellent written and oral communication, good leadership skills, effective merchandising and strong organization skills; multi-tasking abilities, and knowledge of the products being sold.
• The Store Manager should also be able to motivate people; have a good eye for aesthetics; and be proficient with the use of computers and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
• The Store Manager leads by example on the sale floor by connecting with customers, and showing strong selling skills.

  Our Requirements

• Proven successful experience in store management, minimum 2-4 years.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.

• Ability to manage an P&L.
• Strong clientele skills.

• Ability to work autonomously.
• French speaking would be preferable.
