Why This Job – Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

This small investment firm is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to take responsible for basic bookkeeping and office administration. The person in this position could work part-time or full-time depending on experience and individual needs. This group of 15 have a great team culture. They love working together, support each other, and are excited about the future. As the first person to interact with customers, you’ll be the face of the company. There are numerous ways you can contribute in this role and will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience in a variety of ways.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • AR/AP
  • Payroll and PTO tracking
  • Manage expense reimbursement
  • Order office supplies, bank deposits
  • Manage phone system

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s in Accounting
  • 1 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Excel skills
  • Tech savvy

It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have

  • Sales or Marketing support experience

Where and How Much:

  • Up to $65K depending on experience
  • Could be part-time or full-time role
  • 100% In office, Boulder, CO

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
