Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry

- Manage online orders and walk-in orders

- Handle incoming and outgoing orders and packages products

- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software

- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
