Result Desired: Effectively manage and grow a 20 person commercial construction (roofing company). 

Compensation: $90-180k (Base plus bonus), company vehicle, great benefits

Duties:

Lead estimators to select, bid, and negotiate jobs

Manage projects from start to finish (ranging from $5,000-$2M )

Create and maintain budgets

Maintain excellent relationships

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years commercial construction project management experience

Ability to travel 1 day a week (we work OR, WA, ID)
