J.R. Pierce Plumbing Inc., of Sacramento is seeking a Project Manager to work with our Multi-family Project Management team. The position will be responsible for submittal submissions, change order negotiation, materials planning, budget tracking, payment collection along with other project management duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is essential. Experience in construction management is a must.

```Duties```
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Conduct requirements analysis and gather necessary information for project planning
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed
- Utilize tools such as ProjectSight for document management and collaboration
- Facilitate business process modeling to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
- Employ earned value management techniques to track project performance
- Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., ProjectSight)
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques
- Knowledge of earned value management principles
- Experience in project scheduling
