We are seeking a creative and adaptable Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience, a proven track record of leading projects to successful implementation; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with virtual teams; strong problem-solving skills; and a can-do attitude. This position will be responsible for managing global HR projects, leading cross-functional and global project teams, managing complex implementations, and liaising with technical teams.

Critical Job Duties

• Participate in and lead multiple projects and initiatives designed to build and transform HR business processes, organizational structures, and customer experience across Oracle’s suite of tools and systems.
• Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks to deliver results on time and in accordance with project objectives.
• Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard methodologies and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for new initiative roll outs, organizational changes, and system implementations.
• Communicate and collaborate with global partners across multiple organizations, teams, regions, and teams.
