The Role:

We are excited to announce the opening of an Administrative Coordinator position on our team. This vital role supports and facilitates the administrative processes for our in-office and remote teams. This position is an in-person full-time 40 hours per work week position. The salary for this position is determined based on years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch front-line customer service and administrative support across various programs.

- Executive Assistant duties reporting to Chief of Staff.

- Assist with employee growth goals and internal skill training initiatives.

- Assisting with the management of divisional projects and staff support.

- Managing both internal and external correspondence with a keen eye for confidentiality, ensuring accurate documentation for record-keeping.

- Ensuring efficient office operations from filing to meeting arrangements, and report preparation.

- Engaging in proactive client contact and support.

- Handling incoming calls with our multi-line system and ensuring accurate call routing.

- Processing client deliverables, including collection of necessary client signatures.

- Exemplifying superior communication skills.

- Working collaboratively within our team to promote a highly productive environment.

- Upholding ethical standards, company policies, and client confidentiality.

- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum three years of related work experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Has a desire to understand our business principles and values, as well as current procedures.

- Must value innovation and efficiency in the workplace.

- Possess the ability to take responsibility and have humility in all dealings.

- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
