J.K. Residential Services Inc. is Hiring a HVAC Technician Near South Bay, CA
We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.
We are looking for all levels of experience, from entry level to senior level HVAC Technicians.
Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
- Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment
- Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair
- Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Requirements:
- CA Driver's License
- Own a reliable truck or van
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HVAC trade
- Friendly, responsible, and good communicator
- EPA Certification for HVAC tech is a must
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Available after hours or weekends for emergencies
