Are you a seasoned Computer Programmer with a knack for crafting robust web-based applications? Join our client’s team in Trenton, NJ, and become an integral part of our client's technological evolution. This is a fully onsite position (Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm), that will last approximately 1 year and pays $42/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing web-based application systems for our agency’s website, B2B functionality, and internal systems processing.
• Building web-based applications for Windows platforms with a focus on database access.
• Utilizing Java, HTML, XML, JSON, and relational databases to create responsive web designs.
• Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Performing other duties as required to contribute to the agency's objectives.

Requirements:

• Four or more years of experience in web application design, programming, and support.
• Proficiency in Java and a strong working knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, relational databases, REST Web Service, and responsive web design.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Unix/Linux.
• Familiarity with web technologies including J2EE Standard, Java Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, and Java Beans.
• Expertise in middleware such as Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), JDBC, ODBC, REST Web Services, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with databases like DB2 and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of responsive design frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap is a plus.
• Experience with DocuSign e-signature process is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
