Our client in Westmont, NJ, a highly successful law firm that is among the oldest and most respected law firms in South Jersey, is hiring for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal.
This is a DIRECT HIRE (not contract to hire) position, Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Salary is based on experience.
Essential Duties :
- Communicating with clients, court personnel and other counsel via telephone and email
- Maintaining Attorney calendars
- Scheduling and coordinating court appearances and meetings
- Working with electronic and physical documents
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- Must have a paralegal certificate or a degree
- Previous Litigation experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Experience with electronic discovery and document production is preferred
- Prior knowledge of New Jersey and Federal Court rules / Court and Judicial filing requirements and deadlines
